[Support request] menu not showing up

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

did it but it doesn*t show up … i have no clue why… this happens the first time

Can you keep the plugins disabled and let me take a look?

I just checked and all I see is Elementor content.

ok, i deactivated elementor … like i said, i am using these plugins on all websites i made and i never had this problem …

Hi Ralf,

I can see the navigation in your other pages, except the homepage.

It’s likely been disabled by a layout element or the layout metabox in the page editor.

You can check these 2 places:

1. Layout element: appearance > elements, check if there’s a layout element which includes the front page in its locations, if so, uncheck the navigation box under the disable elements tab.

2. Go to the homepage page editor, in the toolbar on the right side, and check if you chose to disable the navigation from there.

Hi Ying, ooooh yes, i forgot that i disabled the topbar etc. in the beginning – sorry and thank you so much

Sorry, i was too fast – i see the navigation only in customizer but not on the front end

somehow it shows up now but when i click the hamburger menu to open, it is on the left and doesnt change to right when i change it in customizer that it should open on the right

i am frustrated now – i changed all the settings for the navigation in customizer but it is not visible when i open the website

It’s likely a cache issue.
