Menu not showing up on Service Theme homepage

I have set up the primary menu for this theme, but it is not showing up as the Primary Menu
on the homepage. Currently, my homepage has no menu.

It's definitely working in the default Service template:

Therefore we would need to see your page to determine the issue.
