Menu Not Showing Up for Mobile

the site is using the Off Canvas Panel, edit your Menu and under Locations also check the Off Canvas Panel.

David, it seems some other problems have raised. The pages (for Desktop) are acting differently now after choosing the Off Canvas Panel.

Can you explain a bit more about what you meant by "acting differently"?

This is happening all my pages and posts now for Desktop.

The Page Links are showing above the H1.

Can you clear and disable WP Rocket first?

Both Autoptimize and WP-Rocket are disabled now.

Refresh and see. This is my desired result. But when I do it, I don't see any menu is showing up while on Mobile.

Then just make sure Primary menu and Off canvas menu are both checked for that menu:
