menu navigation not working

can you look and see if you can see why the menu navigation isn't working? I deactivated all plugins and nothing changed?

Can you try disabling SG optimizer as well? Make sure to clear the page cache as well if the host has one.
Do you use any PHP snippets or child theme? Let us know.
