Error Fixed by Disabling WP Rocket.

There might be a setting within WP Rocket that you need to disable in order for the mobile toggle to work.

We only use Autopimize in our site so can't comment on why that would be:

you can use any Cache/Optimization plugin with GeneratePress.
But those plugins need to be carefully configured.

For example - if the Mobile Menu isn't working this is because the Javascript it requires is not being exectured. This can happen if when your Minify and Combing Javascript in your cache plugin.

We find with Server Caching and Autoptimize we get very good results on our sites.
