For SOME reason, never seen this before (I manage two other sites that use Generate Press), when I hover over the main menu item and try to click the sub menu it disappears. It’s like one of those very frustrating tricks.
Other sites:
pleaa.org – only one sub-menu, Issuesnuatv.com – You will not have access to some of the sub-menu pages, but you can see how they work. You CAN get to:

Hi David, it is caused by the negative margin on that top elementor section.
THANK you! I worked my way through the pages until I found it. I am not sure now WHY I did that in the first place. I set it back to nothing and the menus work fine.
