Menu moves to the right on pages without scrolling handles

When I look at some of the pages the menu and the logo moves little bit to the right. I’ve found out that it depends of the content of the page but cannot understand why this happens.
Lately I saw: When the page is scrollable the menu's correct but if a page is shorter the menu moves a little bit to the right.
