Menu Missing from Blog

I was attempting to add widgets to my blog left side bar and somehow I made the blog page menu disappear and the blog images are being cut off at the top of the page. Any idea how to fix it?

Can you disable your caching plugin first?

I think I've done that now.
Have you created any layout elements that might have disabled the header on the blog page?
