Menu messed up when using Flexbox

I'm trying to switch from Floats to Flexbox under Generate -> Structure.
When I use Flexbox, I noticed the menu is showing up a bit messed up. Any idea what might be causing this?

Hi there,
Can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium and try to do the switch again and check if the issue still occurs? It's possible that your caching plugin is messing some things up.
