Menu links get covered by hero image

Hi,
I need some help on the display of menu links.
I'm specifically referring to the GP Premium "Target" theme.
As you can see in the attached file (which I'll attach after sending this inquiry), when there are a lot of menu links, they are broken down in two or more line, which is expected.
However, the links from the second line onwards are set on the Hero image, which may render them unreadable (if there is low contrast, as in this case).
I need to show the second line onwards with the white background (just like the first line).
How can I do that?
