Menu link off a one pager

I have a site using 7 scrolling links from the main navigation. However I have one other link 'articles' which once clicked navigates away from the 'one page' structure. Is there a way to keep the functionality of the scroll id's? Could anyone shed some light on a fix for this? http://dev.digitalphoenix.co.zw

Try inputting full URL plus # like this: siteURL.com/#anchorlink
