Can you put a side menu besides the menu under the headboard? How is it done?

You can try inserting custom menu widget to left sidebar/right sidebar widget area.
Let me know if this helps.

Do not let me put it in the left sidebar, only in the right sidebar. I’m testing everything but it does not let me, it keeps me a right sidebar and it does not let me put the left by more than I select in lateral bars of the customizer
Make sure you choose the layout to allow left sidebar: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/sidebar-layout/
