menu is displayed incorrectly

Hi.
I have a horizontal menu and some menu items are displayed incorrectly.
For example the menu item "Leitbild" + "Aktuell"

What may be the reason and how can I correct the error?

Firefox looks fine. Chrome and IE the error appears.

I would start with the caching plugin.
