menu in mobile is not working

after updating to latest gp premuim . my canvas mobile menu resist being clicked upon ! Please do something . I have little knowledge about technicalities

can you disable any cache plugins you're using and let us know if the problem goes away
yes it was cache plugin ! But let me know what is the conflict . I want that cache plugin ! Its important to my website
Try disabling combine CSS or combine JS options.
