https://validator.ampproject.org/Also i cant find any menu in the Amp
Ps help!May 24, 2020 at 10:49 am #1299538TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
The link you provided isn’t using GeneratePress.
Are you using the official AMP plugin on WP.org?
May 24, 2020 at 10:55 pm #1299996_blankNo!
I think there is some misunderstanding because i am using GP premium on that website!
the link i sent was the amp version of that page.
I am using the official AMP plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/
and when i tried to to do amp test it shows error – https://search.google.com/test/amp?utm_source=gws&utm_medium=onebox&utm_campaign=suit&id=yZaZuDr3CrjURRRHliZSPAMay 25, 2020 at 9:28 am #1300836TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperThe actual AMP version of the website isn’t using the GeneratePress code-base at all. It’s all built specifically for AMP: https://www.screencast.com/t/ucBdieNl93y
That means we have no control over the output of the page, as it’s being built from somewhere else.
May 25, 2020 at 10:09 am #1300873_blankHi Tom,
To be honest I don’t have any clue what’s going on.( I am not good with html n all)I am using Generatepress and for amp I am using official amp plugin that’s it.
As you said AMP version of the website isn’t using the GeneratePress code-base at all…
Is it due to W3 total chache?
Beacause in w3 total cache there is an option to optimise AMP.Is there any conflict? And is it due that you are not able to find GP code?
May 25, 2020 at 3:50 pm #1301246TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperIt must be either:
a) A setting in the AMP plugin where you’re using an AMP specific template instead of the theme template.
b) A different plugin adding its own AMP template instead of showing the theme template.May 25, 2020 at 11:28 pm #1301488_blankHi!
so in AMP setting of the plugin there are 3 Template mode – Standard, Transitional, Reader
In my case it is reader mode which is selected by default. One more setting was there which i think may be caused by w3total cache which i have turned Off.
Can you pls check it now!May 26, 2020 at 10:55 am #1302440TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
I would change those template modes until your AMP site looks like your regular site.
Right now they look completely different, which means there’s a separate template in play.
