Menu glitch - flickering or incorrect resizing

When I open the site - radio.lv its menu is resizing in a ugly way, From double extended to the normal one. It is a matter of seconds, but very annoying.
Please advise a solution.

i am not actually seeing the issue, but i see you're running WP Rocket, and a main cause for that kind of issue is the Optimized CSS delivery ( Critical CSS ) option. Unless thats correctly configured you will see issues like this. You should check with WP Rocket support about setting it up correctly.
