Hello.
I am trying to create a "Menu" or List as seen in this example:

Right under the initial video
So a list where the background color stretches to full width, and it reacts when the user hovers.
What elements would be best for this effect?

Hi Claus,
You can use the buttons block from GenerateBlocks plugin, and add it to a block element - hook, choose after_header as the element hook name.
And the stack vertically& fill horizontal space options should achieve what you are looking for:
