[Support request] MENU don’t scroll down on the mob. ver.

I wanna ask: how could I make any changes on https://strona22.pl/ to move down the MENU
on the mobile devices if I scoll down the website..

Now the menu move down but only on the desktops…

in Customizer > Layout > Header, enable the Sticky Mobile Header

one question more:
1. on the desktop on the begin there isn’t any LOGO – I can see it (on the left, top) first if I scroll down the website

2. but on the mobile version there is a logo from the begin (without any scroll down)

Its passible to do it on the mob. ver. like it works on the desktops:
– the LOGO is visible first if I scroll the website down ?
