Menu doesn't show up on mobile

Hello,
On the url I've attached in the private information my menu doesn't show up. But if I minimize the browser on my desktop it does show up.
I already cleared caches multiple times but it keeps like this. See also the screenshot I put in the private information.
Hope you can help me, thank you in advance! :)

did you resolve the issue ? As i can see the off canvas menu on my mobile devices ?
