[Support request] Menu doesn't appear and not dowloaded from wordpress to the web confi on gp

Hello,

I’m having hard time to install the navigation menu to my web with gp. I just upload the premium thinking the problem will be solved, but nothing it’s even worst. I created my main nav menu in wordpress and once in the website configuration it’s not even found. Is there any thing I have missed ? I will really appreciate your help.

Your site requires password to view so we can’t see it.

Couple things to check first:
– Make sure it’s not set to No Navigation: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-location/
– Make sure it’s not disabled on that page: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/disable-elements-overview/
