Menu disappears on mobile view?

Hi,
Newbie/non-coder question/issue. I’m having problems on my site with the menu displaying in mobile view?
It appears ok on a default local test set-up, just not on the final site? I assume I have either missed something or messed up somewhere?
I have tried clearing the cache, reading through your documentation etc. Also tried reinstalling GP/ChildTheme as well, but no joy! I have recently finally switched over to GP so wasn’t sure if something from a previous theme/settings is affecting it somehow?
Hi there,
you have a Mega Menu plugin installed which is 'hiding' the mobile toggle.
Try disabling it to see of it resolves the issue.
Is that plugin required ?

Thanks so much, that’s been driving me insane! I need to go through and see what’s needed now that the site has changed. There are probably a few legacy plugins in there!
