Menu cover part of the text under an anchor

I need to know how to make the menu do not cover part of the text that is under an anchor. Thank you
There's no perfect way to fix this, but here's one method: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/sticky-menu-offset/#post-344802
Personally I like setting it so the sticky menu only appear while scrolling up.
