Menu Color and Font Issue in Customization view

When I'm viewing the 'Customization' section, the menu font color turns blue and is completely different than what it is set to. Any ideas what could be causing this? I've tried everything and nothing seems to be working.

Can you double check?
Looks correct on live site.
So the issue is only in customizer view?
If so can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts?
