Menu becomes transparent sometimes

My menu sometimes becomes transparent like this: http://prntscr.com/j19v5z
I usually have to reload the page in order to show it like this: http://prntscr.com/j19xtg
What could be causing the issue? I use GP premium and Elementor Pro.
