Menu bar changes color when scrolling

Hello - The main menu bar at - https://nrgmillvalley.org/ - changes color from black to light tan during scrolling. Since the menu bar text color is white the menu choices cannot be seen. I never enabled this. How can I make the bar color remain black during scrolling?

Hi Bob,
The theme doesn't actually have an option to change the sticky navigation menu color.
Can you try #1 here to eliminate any plugin conflicts?

Thanks for you advice Leo.
The plugin "myStickymenu" added new features with an update and it enabled the sticky menu feature with a tan background and white text.
After I changed the background color to black it looks fine. :)
