How to aling menu to the left to have: site logo / menu?
If I select "floating left" in menu position site logo will be to the right.

Hi there, you can set the primary navigation to Float Right.
Looking at your design you may be better to:
Remove the Site Identity Logo.
Set the Primary navigation to Below header
Add a navigation logo.
Set Navigation Alignment left.
Then you won't require the padding to force the navigation across.
