    Hello,

can we may have a look to this megamenu on my website?
As you can see I have a problem with a tags coming into the column but I don’t know why.
Is there a workaround or something else?

You can see it, if you hover over the “Kontakt” Primary Menu entry.

    Kind regards
    André

What I mean, this content is generated by shortcodes used in menu label entries.
Unfortunately I can’t use further <a> tag links there.

Thank you for great support also.

    Kind regards

    I don’t understand the issue.
Are you wanting to include other links inside the Mega Menu shortcoded content ?

    Andre,

We can not control or alter the shortcode content, I would recommend reaching out to the shortcode provider.

Let me know if I miss anything.

    Hi Ying,

if you could have a look,
the pure content is coming from Gutenberg Editor and GeneratePress.

The plugin only makes it posdible to work with shortcodes in menues.

But with use of GeneratePress MegaMenu, every MenuItem is a link.
Possible to remove the a tags there?

    Kind regards

But with use of GeneratePress MegaMenu, every MenuItem is a link.

GP doesn’t have a mega menu function built in, are you referring to the simple mega menu documentation?
If so, the structure can NOT be changed, unfortunately, as that solution is just using CSS to make it look like a mega menu.

If you want more customization in terms of the structure, it would be better to use a proper mega menu plugin.

But if you only want to remove the hover effect, I think we can provide some CSS for that.

    Let me know!

    Hi Ying,

    Yes, the simple MegaManu documentation.
And I have linked GeneratePress Content by ShortCode there and in the Content there are two links, Telephone and E-Mail and that don’t work unfortunately. Is there a possibility?

    Kind regards

Or maybe with jQuery / Javascript to deactive the first a click event in the whole li item and to only let it onto the links in the content?
