Sorry for opening up the thread.
I have been wanting to create a multiple grid submenu with some nice dividers for a list of products. I tried the simple mega menu article, it’s alright but not enough for what I want to build and I find it can easily break with changes. I have also tried Mega Menu plugin, didn’t like it at all, it takes over the GP menu styling.
Are there still any plans for a mega menu addon from Tom? I believe a mega menu could be useful in a lot of ways, particularly for product sub-menus, etc. Am I to understand that the project didn’t follow through in the end?

At this time it’s definitely not a priority, as there are tons of mega menu plugins out there.
It could certainly happen, but there are other things in front of it for now.
