Mega Menu with open submenus

Hi! I have implemented the Mega Menu code on my website and it works great. But I need to make a modification and I can't find the way.
I need, in Desktop view only, that when opening the Mega Menu all the sub-menus will been opened too. Now they are toggled and you have to hoover the mouse to see what is inside.

Our CSS mega menu is a very simple version of mega menu.
You will need a plugin for something more complicated then that.
Maybe check out Max Mega Menu.
