mega-menu four deep

I followed https://docs.generatepress.com/article/building-simple-mega-menu/ to make a mega menu.
The menu is displaying as a mega-menu but I have great-grandchildren menu items and the menu is listing grandchildren and great-grandchildren as though they are at the same level.
Is there CSS that can cope with an extra level deep?

How should the great-grandchildren items display in the mega menu?
GP's mega menu is a very simplified version of the mega menu.
You might need to look into a plugin for something more complicated.
