    I have the MemberPress plugin and have used GeneratePress as a theme. Media does not show up in the Media library or in any page I add an image to, not even as a logo when i customise the theme. Thanks

    Hi Kajoli,

    Is there a specific error when you try to view the media? Can you take a screenshot of what the issue looks like from your end?

    Can you check in Tools > Site Health if there are issues as well that need to be acknowledged?

    To be sure, have you tried testing for the occurrence of this issue on a different browser or device?

    Hi Fernando, Thanks, we fixed it. We had added a cloudflare layer fro protection and that was causing media not to show up. Fixed thanks.
