(maybe excessive) theme changes - best practice before the final go?

I just purchased GP Premium, and in the last 2 days I kept installing and downloading different demo sites...few times over.
I would follow YT videos to accelerate the learning curve.
I finally decided on the theme I want to use.
It's time to get rid of all my "tests", then proceed with the final upload of the theme/demo content of my choice.
Should I do something - some sort of "delete all" before final change? And if yes, what is the recommended workflow?

If I understand correctly, you don't have any existing content that you'd like to keep?
If so I would WP reset it then import the site you want again to get a fresh start:
