Not sure what I did but, I now have excessive padding/white space above 50 px and below 57px my main menu. Currently its 143px tall and should only be about 70 px tall. How do you adjust the excessive padding above and below the main menu?

The back to top button is disabled in the Customizer > Layout > Footer
For the inner-header padding, looks like a cache issue, can you flush you cache plugin and disable it, then check the site after clearing browser caches.It was Fast Velocity Minify plugin. Thank you for the help!
