Masonry - Convert Portfolio Single Page layout into a Blog Post instead of Page

Hello! I am trying to convert the "Single Portfolio Page" layout that comes with the Masonry Site Template into a Blog Post instead of a Page because I'd like to be able to tag the different portfolio items for sorting. I have copied/pasted the blocks from the template's single page to a post, and I set the post's layout settings to "full width" instead of "Contained" but the blocks are still displaying with a fixed width as shown here:

I essentially just want to duplicate what is happening on this page but have it as a POST so I can categorize them:

In a similar vein -- is there an easy way to duplicate posts? (Because once I get this figured out, I'd like to use this same layout about a dozen times).
Thanks! --bettijo
I figured out the content width -- it was being controlled by an Element. So I got that fixed.
Still wondering if there is any easy way to duplicate posts?
