Lauren
Hi, on my site with generatepress premium, I have the blog set to masonry, but it is not displaying that way: https://onestopdecorating.com/design-ideas/
Also, when I resize my browser window, at certain widths the articles do not sit side by side in 2 columns, but jump so that there is only 1 article in some of the rows.
Finally, I’m not sure if this is related to the issue, but on the customize page for blog layout, there are tabs for archives/single and archives/posts/pages, but all of the settings are displayed no matter which tab is selected.
Thanks!

Hi Lauren,
Both issues seem to be plugin conflict related. Can you try #1 here to test?: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/
Let us know how it goes.

Hi Fernando,
Thank you for your response. I have set up a staging site and deactivated every plugin except GP premium, and the issue is still there in both the customizer and the blog feed page: https://staging-onestopdecoratingcom-staging.kinsta.cloud/design-ideas/

I see. Can you provide admin login credentials to this Staging site so we can take a closer look?
Please use the Private Information field for this: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-premium-support-forum/#private-information

Thank you! Can you try switching to the Parent GeneratePress theme in your staging site to test? It may be your custom template causing the issue.

Hi Fernando,
I switched to the parent generatepress theme, and I am still seeing the same issues.
Thanks!

Hi Lauren,
I see. That’s odd since I still see this section even with everything disabled: https://share.getcloudapp.com/v1uEopKN
Can you try clearing CDN cache or if you have Server side cache, please clear that as well?
It may either be a Server or CDN issue.

Hi Fernando,
I cleared the cache on the live site and staging site. The sign up form is still appearing because it is added via a widget, so the parent theme is correctly applied and the issue is still persisting.
Thanks!

I see. Thank you for clearing them. Have you checked your CDN as well? I can see that your site is being served through Cloudflare CDN: https://share.getcloudapp.com/9ZuzeRAR
If it doesn’t work. Can you try uninstalling GeneratePress theme and GeneratePress Premium plugins on your staging site, and then reinstall them?

Hi Fernando,
The CDN is cleared as well. I do not know how to remove and then reinstall the theme and plugin without losing all of our settings. Can you take care of it or see if you can troubleshoot without losing all of the theme settings?
Thanks,

Theme and Plugin settings and data are stored in the database by default. Uninstalling the theme and plugin shouldn’t make you lose your settings and data. But, it’s best to make a backup of your site before doing so. So, in your staging site, you can try adding a Backup plugin if you want to retain your staging site’s previous state. One popular backup plugin is Updraft: https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/
After taking a backup, you can now uninstall the GP theme and GPP plugin.
To uninstall a theme, temporarily activate a different theme, then click the theme to be deleted and click on delete in Appearance > Themes.
To uninstall a plugin, click on deactivate and then delete the Plugin in Plugins > Installed Plugins.
