mason menu

Hi - I am using the Mason theme - looks great on a laptop but on a mobile device the menu overlaps the text on the top text block and isn't readable. is there anything that can be done about that/?

ooh thats not right - go to Customizer > Colors > Off Canvas Panel and make a change to the navigation background color.
Hi David - if I change the background to say white - the whole of the screen on the mobile device turns white so only the navigation buttons can be seen.
if I make the background semi transparent, there is still the problem that the text for the navigation overlays the page name eg "contact".
is it possible to make just to change the background for the navigation block rather than the whole page?
Hi David - ignore my response please! Quite normal for the whole of the screen to only show the navigation. On some templates it doesn't and that was what was in my mind. Thanks for your reply.
