    Hi there support team.
I use the Marketer Theme on my blog.
I encounter an error on my site’s sidebar today.
The sidebar seems to be appearing on the bottom of the page instead on the side of the page.
I’ve tested visiting the site using different device and I found the sidebar ended up on the bottom of the page.
Do you know what cause this and how to fix it?
    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

    Let me know 🙂

I have tried disabling all the plugins except GP premium but the sidebar still goes to the bottom of the page.

    Any help on this?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Can you try changing the site structure to flexbox? You can do it on Appearance > Customize > General.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi Elvin,

I’ve tried changing to flexbox but the problem still persist.

What else should I try to fix this?

    Thanks.

That’s very strange. We haven’t had other reports on this and I’m not replicate the error on my end.

Can you provide the dashboard access for us to take a look?

Please make sure all plugins are disabled.

    Thanks!

    Hi Leo,

I have created the dashboard access for you to take a look.

I have disabled the plugins as well.

Thanks. Looking forward to hear from you again.

Just checked the site again and looks like the issue is already fixed?

the thing is, when you log in with a admin access, the sidebar return there.
but when you visit the site in incognito mode, the sidebar returns to the bottom of the page.

    please see the link below.

Also if you can erase that screenshot for privacy reason, that would be very appreciated.

    Thanks.

In that case, it’s likely some sort of caching or optimizing issue unrelated to the theme – the theme itself doesn’t have two sets of code for login/logout user.

Do you have any caching or optimizing setting enabled at the host level? Can you try disabling it?

If you are not sure, please check with your hosting support.
