Marketer Footer not Updating

Hi,
Using Marketer GP Theme.
Changed default footer pages (Footer Bar-Marketer) to desired pages but when saved the footer still shows the Privacy, Terms, Contact. However, I can see the correct pages in the Widgets Footer Bar. Emptied cache, tried another browser, not using Elementor, etc... Do I have to manually update the links in the elements file in the editor or delete that or delete that site footer element?

I also noticed changing the copyright info in the customizing>layout>footer also doesn't update info in footer.

We've updated most of our templates, can you link us to your site so I can see whether you are using the legacy version or the new version, and provide help based on that?
Customer's site so can't add url, but we switched to this template today from your library so it must be the new version? However, on an older version of this template we didn't have this footer issue.
On the version from today there is an element called "Site footer" which is coded with your default links. That is not on the older version of Marketer. Should I delete it and build the footer somehow else? Are they conflicting?
Hi there,
Marketer was updated to use Block Elements for certain template parts including the Site Footer.
You can now edit the Block Element - Site Footer in Appearance > Elements ( or use the Admin Bar > Elements menu to shortcut to any element on the viewed page ).
This Element replaces the themes footer.
If you don't want to use the Element, then delete it ( or Quick Edit > Change Status to Draft ) and then the Customizer method can be used.
