Managing empty spaces between sections

Dear GP Team,
I would like to know - where I can manage the spaces between blocks / sections of the webpage, as is shown in the following screenshot: https://ibb.co/mSCY7Yq
I was watching your videos, trying to find answer here on forum, but I didn´t find any relevant help.

Hi there,
for the Site Header reduce the Top and Bottom Padding in Customizer > Layout > Header.
For the remaining spaces across the site:
Option 1:
Customizer > Layout > Container --> Content Layout - change to Single Container
Option 2:
Customizer > Layout > Container --> Separating Space - reduce this value.
