Hi Tom/Leo, as you know I have been having database connectivity issues which as per my host was due to plugins.. One of the plugins was GP Premium.. Today when I tried to send the plugin and GP Theme files to my developer by email, its giving me errors of malware detected..
I tried sending this with Gmail, my host, and my developer also using his host, all 3 are getting same errors..
Can you pls check and confirm.. I downloaded both these files today from your site direct where I have a premium account..

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
The theme and plugin are 100% clean.
Many email clients/providers (including Gmail) will block .zip files from being sent, as they have the potential to contain malicious files. You’re better off sending the files via something like Dropbox.
Hope this helps 🙂

Hi Tom, pls see these two links.. I am running GP Premium Theme.. When i activate GP Premium plug in it gives me the first error.. I even tried with GP Premium being the ONLY plugin.. I deleted all other plugins so there cannot be any conflict.. Even then it is giving this error..
Pls advise as i really like to use GP but i cannot because this seems to have also been creating server overload..

Hi Tom, under which path or where would it be because there are several error_logs.. Where would this particular error be recorded..?? Pls see below link for one of the error_logs from 9th Dec, but that does not show this particular error.. https://shippingandfreightresource.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/error_log-09122019.txt
If you tell me where to look, i can check and send to you..

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperThat’s a lot of errors! It looks like your server is having trouble with our image resizing library.
Can you try removing your width/height values in Customize > Layout > Blog? Does that make any difference?
Let me know 🙂
