[Support request] Making WordPress Featured Image To Show On Post Instead of Element

I customized the construction template offered by generatepress. However, it is adding the same featured image as set in elements. I want to show the featured image as set in Post editor > featured image tab. Moreover, I want to make it look exactly like this:

A full size featured image, With the categories showing, author name and/or avator/svg icon, post title at the center, post date and also a last updated/modified date as well. How can I achieve this?

Hi there,

in Appearance > Elements ( or from the Admin Bar > Elements menu ) edit the element titled: Global Page Hero
Select the top level Container Block, this is where the background image is set, in the blocks sidebar settings:

1. Enable Dynamic Data
2. Set Data Source to Current Post which should be there by default.
3. Set the Background Image Source to Featured Image
4. Publish those changes.
