    Hi there,

I’m using a plugin call smash balloon to create an instagram feed above my footer. The instagram feed isn’t centred when I copy and paste the shortcode into a paragraph through the Gutenberg block editor.

Am I doing this right or do I need to enter code to make it fit properly? Or do I need to create another footer and add a widget menu? I’m not sure how to do that.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!

    Thank you

    Susan

    Hi there,

The site you’ve linked isn’t using GeneratePress.

    Can you double check?

    Let me know ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hi Leo,

    My website is https://www.happyhouseco.com

I’m using the generate press theme.

Not sure how to send you a photo of it, but if you go to the very bottom of the page, you’ll see that the instagram section doesn’t cover the entire width of the website.

    Hi there,

instead of adding it to the page editor try adding the Instagram code to a Hook Element:

    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/hooks-element-overview/

the before_footer hook will place if full width just before the footer.
