Making Headline container overlap image container on tablet & mobile

Hi GPGB Team,

I'm relatively happy with my layout on Desktop here: https://staging.maseastasiarecruiting.com/about-us/

1. I'd like the image container to extend more to the right. (not important, but a tip would be nice).
2. The heading container in the grid keeps falling behind the image on tablet & mobile. How do I keep the right-hand headline container stay in front of the left container image?
