Make the navbar transparent and change its color to white when scrolling dow

Good Afternoon
I would like to have a transparent NavBar in the homepage but white and fix while scrolling down.
Is it possible to do it without CSS?
I provide you with the website page in the private information box.
As you can see it's always white.

Hi there,
in Appearance > Elemetns create a new Header element , and then uses its Site Header options to merge the header with the content and set its colors to transparent - see here:

The sticky nav will keep the Customizer > Colors you have for your Primary nav.
