Make sub navigation dropdown inline

I'd like to make the sub navigation items to look like in the menu, one next to each other instead of being one on top of each other. Similar to what bellroy and apple does.

If this is not complicated enough then you will have to look into a plugin like Max Mega Menu.

is there any way to make the when the mega menu opens, the entire body of the website scrolls down like bellroy website does when you click on SHOP?

I think that would require some custom coding.
