I’ve seen some solutions for this but not for GP.

How do I make the menu name unclickable so each menu item shows the submenu?

I.e. Home, Services, Faq are menu items but when you click on Services, your only options are the submenu items that come up.

Yes, that has me on a much better track! The only thing I don’t understand is why it won’t let me add a new About page. The about page is not on the list of pages you can add on the menu. My existing about page won’t allow me to change it to a custom link.

Hi there,

Any published pages should show as an available menu item in the Pages area of the menu builder.

You can't change a page menu item to a custom link menu item automatically - you need to replace it with a newly-added custom link.

Let us know if that helps or not :)

I agree. I’ve used that method successfully.

The problem is that the About page, even though published, is not available as a page to add to the builder.

All of the other pages are available.

Is there something different about the About page that prevents it from being a menu option?

List of all available pages, absent About page

That's strange. Haven't heard this issue before.

The menu builder is a core WordPress feature though so this wouldn't be a theme issue.

Perhaps it's a caching issue? Have you tried disabling all plugins to test?
