Make landing page responsive using a background, text plus call to action button

Goodnight. I have created a Landing Page using a background image with gutenberg. On PC/Mac it is displayed perfectly, but on mobile it is not responsive. The text moves to the right and the call to action button appears below the image. A disaster let's go. How could I make the background responsive and center the text and the button.
