Make header transparent on post page before scroll

Hi there!
https://ibb.co/6XPdgRB -- how do i get the navbar to be transparent instead of white before the user scrolls
Once the user scrolls, i'd like to keep the navbar as is now: https://ibb.co/hB6cdx7
just that before scrolling, i'd like the navbar to be transparent and on top of the full width image.
