Make front page header image og

Hello,
When I paste my home page link into, say Facebook, I'd like the header image to display. I think I have to set it as the opengraph image for that page. But I only want to do this for the home page. ty

how have you set the OpenGraph image - is that via a plugin or a custom function?
I'm using the Open Graph and Twitter Card Tags (3.1.1) plugin

As David inquired, can you explain a bit more about how you're adding this on the page?
Is it using a shortcode? Are you hooking it through a PHP snippet? Is your home page a static page?
