make first image on page sticky

Hi,
I've set "Navigation as a header" and navgation to sticky.
I would like to have the first image (kind of a paper shadow) below the Menu set sticky as well.
Can you help?

and if I could get the animated gif centered top and navigation below left I would be more then happy.
